Recently, I was invited to Ming Dao University in Taiwan to introduce students from Taiwan and China to wine. We covered what it is, where it comes from, when, and why people drink it and more.
Ming Dao University focusses a lot of attention on personal development outside of the classroom, and the aim of learning about wine was to broaden the students’ horizons and equip them with some knowledge and skills that will help make them comfortable socially in many international settings in the future. Hopefully we achieved some of that!
I had a great time and look forward to the next one.
