We had a great night of wine education, eating and a fun wine options game on Wednesday night. A big thanks to Una, Andy and the whole team at CMYK Gallery in Taichung, Taiwan for the great food and relaxed environment. We focused on understanding why some wines are more mature than others at the same age and how different grape varieties can be better at different ages. In between, we ate several fabulous dishes prepared by the kitchen staff at CMYK Gallery and played a fun wine options game. Congratulations to Willy who won the game with only a couple of wrong answers! I may have to make it more difficult next time!
We’ll definitely be back to more tastings at CMYK Galley in the future.
